I recently had my N900 replaced under warranty by Nokia (due to the micro USB breaking as seems to be common)
I noticed that the new device has a significantly different MAC address for the Wireless LAN device than my previous N900.
The previous MAC began A8:7B:39: not surprising to see an A8 identifier in a device with an ARM A8 chip.
But the new device has a MAC address beginning 30:38:55:
Has there been a change in the chip used for wireless I wonder?
Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks
