hi, i recently got round to usin the built in net radio on the media player (repos have some fun stuff that has kept me distracted for almost a year), only to find that the one station i listen to is incompatible the station is "q-dance" radio, http://www.q-dance.nl/q/page/radio

can it be made to work i have tried both the pls an web links,
my ubuntu box says the .pls is a shoutcast file, i know mediabox has an add-on/plugin for shoutcast but i only use the default player (disliked the others players for personal reasons)

any help would be much appreciated

You might want to try the RadioTimeToGo app. I used it to do a search for "Q-dance" and it had no trouble finding the station (assuming it wasn't a different one of the same name) and playing it. It doesn't use the built-in media player however, but instead it uses Kmplayer. RadioTimeToGo is in Extras Testing, so you'll have to enable that repository if you haven't already.
