Elgato has come up with that Turbo.264 video encoder, and I just wondered is that any use for N800? I'm not that good in technical stuff...

No.
The n800 does not play h264 video very well. Mplayer for n800 can play h264 but the performance is so bad that it's mostly useless. The good thing is that the mpeg4 that the n800 plays well is much easier to encode.
