Is there a way to multiboot different kernels?
Like use standard kernel for everyday use, but then you could switch to powerkernel for Aircrack or some other apps.

Nope,you can only boot one kernel, which then takes care of things.

But you could customize your cpu usage according to your needs, there are a couple of gui-applets or widgets there, or you could simply as root issue the command for nokia factory settings
