I tried it on my own!

But with no luck:
I downloaded the tar.gz-archive of evrouter (from bedroomlan-page) and I managed to unpack it. But with
Code:
./configure
I got an
Code:
cannot run /bin/sh .config.sub
tried it to install in /usr/sbin and with gainroot-mode on...

Any ideas what I did wrong?

Are you trying to build on the tablet itself ?

That won't work unless you install all the development tools on tablet itself. And you need to unpack on a non-fat partition so executable bit are preserved (and a partition where you are allowed to run binaries)

You should install the Diablo SDK on your desktop and build the binaries there.

The sources are not disted properly that is why you get "cannot run /bin/sh .config.sub". I'll see what I can do...

evrouter is already in the repo, but not exposed via application manager.

as root try apt-get install evrouter

edit: hrmf, seems that only apply if you have diablo extras-devel repo set up.
http://repository.maemo.org/

be careful as it may break things if one is careless.
