Im trying to apt-get install maemo-optify, but it needs dpkg-dev, which I cant find.

I found the .deb of it here, http://repository.maemo.org/pool/fremantle/free/d/dpkg/, but it wants other dependencies.

Any ideas?

It seems to be in the SDK repositories:
http://maemo.org/packages/view/dpkg-dev/
