I know one can get bluetooth external keyboards for about $25 off dealextreme, however I already have a fully functional e71, and quite like the keyboard on it. Has anybody had any luck setting up an external phone as an external keyboard via bluetooth?

the e71 does have bluetooth. its more about how to set the e71 as a keyboard rather than as a phone

haha anger much? If you read the title, its pretty clearly phrased as a question, not a how-to guide. anyway before you cry or damage your computer screen, ive put in a question mark.

I have an e71 too and I think this is good idea. anyone had a expereince on e71 before, will be agree with me that the e71 keyboard is the best and is more comfortable.

UNfortunatley there is no program for symbian that will allow you to connect AS a HID device and send commands. It is not impossible, it has just never been done.

There is this program to make the cellphone act like a mouse, however that is the closes there is on symbian.
