You could do it yourself. It's pretty easy especially if you use Ubuntu or any other debian based dist. Are the icons open sourced?

The Icons are not open i think but available on 2 websites,
I just found the set of 54 icons on two websites but found difficult to download them can you try from the below links,

and also 1 theme for symbian ith new icons is available, can we extract the icons from them.

I would like to help you but if they are not open source.... you have to respect the author. There are a lot of work behind a theme.
If you could contact the author and get the permission i would be delighted to help.

I could but they aren't open source and so I won't... Sorry .
Plus they are 96x96 and they have been extracted from a leaked theme.If the author posted them on any dev site for use they would be 512x512 min.
You really need 512x512 to make a clear and clean ironpack.
