I have Nitdroid on my phone and I was forced to reflash it I dont want to install it agian but the files are still on my sd card is their a way to just add the Os to multiboot without reinstallling

Apt-get install nitdroid-installer should also install multiboot.
You could also just find the. .deb located something in "here".
