OP is just expecting NOKIA to encounter bankruptcy and supposing that other companies will want to buy NOKIA.

But if Nokia will be on sale, users what think?

Sadly, because of the way things have progressed, the "best buyer" has to be Microsoft, now. Sorry, but it's true.
