LOL, Nokia created WindowsPhone applicatoins will not be confined to Nokia devices but shared to HTC, Samsung and all other WindowsPhone manufacturers.

What´s left, except for changing the logo, to prove that they´ve effectively become Microsoft´s subsidiary?

Well, MS already uses Bing maps with WP7 and those are based on Navteq stuff. That basically means money to Navteq/Nokia. And I quess maps are the biggest issue with sharing your technology.
