probly 1 of my friends have changed lock code .even 12345 is not working
I read some 3 to 4 threads about finding the pass if one know the root . i saw that someone was answering the code for some particular root hash . how do i find the root ? I am amateur in smartphones and the linux stuff ....

Oh man, another "1 post user" that "lost his" phone lock.....

Just go to Nokia care center, they will reset it for you if you show the receipt of your phone.

Iays - lets ssh it ...
Now how do i do that ? on my pc [xp or fedora] or n900
look, my phone is locked ...
i cannot view anything unless i enter the lock code
and when i connect it with my pc , it shows no files although shows removable storage device
and no i dont wanna go to nokia service center .
i have fedora too but then how do i ssh ?
i GOT the jack the ripper part ...
now .......
please explain me as you would do that to a child

One of your friends changed your lock code? Some friends! Personally, I don't pass my N900 out to other people.

is there a way or not ?
once again ...
phone locked , cant see anything when connected via USB on windows or linux . Donno root .So ???

I can help you calculate the code from your phone's serial and imei. Please pm me/post those numbers.
