If as you say, you have followed all the steps in RootFS wiki, have you also disabled all of the Repos in HAM before attempting to download the deb?
is there is any way to reflash roofts only ! ?

You are downloading the source files not the binary file... source file of course is very2x large compare to binary no wonder it would prompt that.

file : kernel-power-source_1_2.6.28-10power48_all. deb
says : not space in rootfs ( free only 18 Mega )
i have tired wiki free roofts .. but i need 60 mega .
