It will be released on the same day as PR1.4 for the N900.

It'll be released when the first Winmo device hits the shelves.
What will happen is you'll be notified of an update, you will then go "Wooooop" and connect to the web to get it, at which point Meego will be deleted and replaced with Windows Mobile to bring you all inline with the rest of the world.
