When i try to Installl Chainfire3D Driver on nitdroid it says

Code:
NOT ENOUGH SPACE AVAILABLE ON /system ! Need 1338421248 more bytes !

Maybe remove some bloatware,ringtone etc ?
I am on 8GBapps + 21GB emmc...

And also try to install busybox , then also got failed...

Actually it is the mounting problem...

How can i remount /system , to remove read write restrictions...

Plz forgive for my english and plz tell me how to resolve this..

Sounds like you shouldn't be doing what you are doing. Possibly you don't have eough free space and probably a certain % is reserved for root (at least more debian-based distros do this)

The command you are asking for and this is very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing would be:

# mount -o remount,rw /

Not

Code:
mount-o
But
Code:
mount -o
There's whitespace between the command and the operator "-o". Give it another go your world shall be a happy place.

Now the command is working.. but the result is same in bot the cases...

In Chainfire3D , Result : still ask to free up space

In Busybox Installer , Result : Failed to mount read/write

And where should i enter the command , in Nitdroid or in Maemo ??

In nitroid i got a negative answer but in maemo i got a positive answer but have no effect

Try to get some info about the mount state of devices, also their free space
Code:
df
mount
free
These simple commands show the free space on each of the mounted folders, the options and mount points of the devices and folders, and the free RAM and swap space.

While we don't mind helping you, this does not appear to be NITdroid specific. It seems to be a common Android error:

* http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1113688

* http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dro...partition.html

* http://www.chainfire.eu/projects/44/Chainfire3D/

Googling hasn't resulted in a solution but...

My guess is the error is not actually related to free space, that was simply the script's "best guess".

* http://www.chainfire.eu/articles/97/...v1_0_released/

Looks like some sort of hard-coded permission issue. One of the commenters alludes to being able to change the install directory in the "Pro"/paid version of chainfire3d.

However it is also possible that this simply won't work in NITdroid since this utility seems to be a low-layer man-in-middle for opengl and I'm not aware of the state of opengl support in NITdroid. This is just speculation though, unlikely that the error is in anyway related to this, more of a possible error to crop up once you actually try to use the "driver", your current error is simply the installer.
