How can we downgrade a bricked phone?
I have figured out how to enable an arbitrary upgrade/downgrade path. I've tested to allow restore from a N9 flashed to N950's pr1.2 (and allow a non-function flash to 950's 1.2), along with downgrade from an arbitrary functional flashed version 9999999999, opened and closed-moded the kernel, etc However, only having a single N9 from a single region, there are two possibilities for what makes a solution that'd work for everybody.
If you have a N9 desk ornament/paperweight right now, if you can please post your region, last functional firmware, and which exact firmware you bricked your device with, hopefully I can post a OCF for them all.
