Why aren't they allowed to sell it?

Technically this would be selling stolen goods as the N950 is property of Nokia. N950 are just loaners.

we dont mind we just selling we do not check if its stolen or whatever as we keep all details id atc... in case dont see that phone as some special. desighn is nice but single core .... hehehehehe
