Well it has a lot of bug fixes, portrait desktop, a camera update and more. It is like an unofficial maemo update.
Click that install botton from your n900 brower and it will install you a program that you can use to download and install this update.

Update to PR 1.3.1 via OTA.
Install CSSU Stable from here.
Select the yellow stable icon to download via MicroB.
You can't switch between PR 1.3 and CSSU, and there is no need to.
CSSU can be removed and PR 1.3 reinstalled, but this may break some dependencies due to the extra features of CSSU.
Best to reflash in this case.
Swappolube is also worth installing and load the proposed settings.

I don't know if you can install the CSSU update without wifi.
Maybe you should try cleven or faircrack to get your neighbor wifi password =P

I wasnt using my n900 for 10 months and today I flashed!
I am starting new with the RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1.002_PR_COMBINED_002_ARM ..
I would like to ask all of you to share with me the top apps and features that I should install in my phone in order to stay update!
