I have used this just via text and want to make sure you know that it (in essence) texts the upcoming SCHEDULED services to your phone. That is the ones that are printed on the stop. It does NOT take into account any late running, or use the buses GPS.

The Nokia maps need a data connection. So when you click on the marker tool icon - with a little patience - a map should come up somewhere around Erskineville and once the positioning has been fixed it jumps to your position. (see screen shots).
So your SMS was delivered and you got a reply fairly quickly. What network are you with?

It would be good though if there was some way within the app of specifying arrival times for only certain routes from a bus stop that services more than 1 route.
Also, for waiting times of more than 20 minutes it seems to cut off the time unless you turn the phone landscape. Not a big problem but I thought I might as well mention it.
Also, in the settings pane I turned on the 'Remove messages from conversation' setting and it does delete the messages, the only problem is it doesn't seem to clear the notification until I actually click on the notification or open the Messages app.
if you don't use Sydney Buses read no further unless you are a bus enthusiast of course
This application is an interface to the SMS service which lists the upcoming buses for a given stop.
