Try 'sudo apt-get clean'; this may be just one quite common message issued for a different problem.

There's no password asked if you did install 'sudser' along with 'rootsh' before - if you did.

While I was searching sudser to install, I found that my App Manager lost all store. What I need to do now?

Yea. I've known that already. I mean how to install store in Application Manager. When I open, it says Operation Failed, and there isn't any store.

try refreshing the repos or use faster application manager or do in x-terminal
apt-get update
and when app manager is refreshing do not interrupt
and here is preenv if you want it
