Hello guys.

I've just got my 770, and I've gotta say it's one of the most impressive "gadgets" I've ever seen, and at a bargain price (£80)!!

Anyway, moving on.

I've not had time to do much with it yet, except some browsing. I'm having some issues listening to music and streaming video from some websites.

The ones I'm struggling with are;

www.qvcuk.com (Watching the live feed)
www.bbc.co.uk (Listening to a live radio feed)

Both times I click to launch the video/music popup where it checks the connection speed........ then the entire browser just shuts down.

My question is, is the browser in IT2006 not capable of streaming these types of media?

I've tried searching the forums, but can't really find anything that helps.

Thanks people.

hi, it looks like the links from bbc require real player or wmp. i took a quick look and you can paste this link

http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/me...news_au_nb.ram

into the web browser and it should work for the audio. the qvc link requires java (probably version 8 or higher), unfortunately, the 770 only has version 6, which can not be updated. if you can find or extact the actual streams url, it may or may not work

Rather than going to the BBC site directly, go to http://www.tuned.mobi . From here you can listen to streams from the U.K & Ireland, U.S and Canada.

I usually just search for BBC and it lists all the BBC streams.
