I am unable to install Maemo Mapper for some reason...

It says that I am missing "libsqlite-3.0"...?

Any ideas?

I have tried to install many of the repositories, but my listing of applications will not update...?

Any ideas what's going on - I am unable to load and install new applications.

(I just re-flashed my iTab two days ago, so it shouldn't be anything I did that is preventing my installations.)

To get sqlite3 you need to have Cezary's repository added to your application manager.

Do you have the 770 or the N800, and which version of the firmware are you running?

Normally, that would be true, except that libsqlite3-0 packages are also included in the same repositories from which Maemo Mapper is provided. That's why the .install file should resolve the libsqlite3-0 package dependency on its own - it can get the package from the same repository.

I have "libsqlite3-0" in my list of applications, but it won't install. I have a Nokia 770 and I just installed the latest OS last week. Also, my list of applications will never refresh.

I had the same issue. I re-flashed as it seemed something amongst the repositories or applications I'd previously installed was clashing with Maemo mapper and not allowing it to install properly. Following instructions on installing the libsqlite on its own didn't help matters.

I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that you have to decide which apps are most important and add them in that order after flashing.
It's a bit of a pain wondering if you should add a new app or repository or not in case it screws up your system but it seems that at least one of the repositories that you've added since re-flashing is borked and causing your problem.

Yeah I had the same. It made no difference. A reflash and install was the only solution I could find that worked.

But, I re-flashed my entire iTab and then I was unable to install applications, still (that's why I re-flashed)...

Is there something I can do? Can I install directly from my computer?
