I wanted to edit the 3rd and 4th icon in the quick shortcuts bar to Browser and Settings, respectively. I was able to edit the 3rd icon to the browser by doing this:
So far so good. However, the 4th icon disappeared from the shortcuts bar after I linked it to Settings by doing this:
Now my shortcuts bar looks like the attached screenshot. Even when I change the 4th icon back to the original link, the icon is still missing from the shortcuts bar 
. Does anyone know how to fix this?

in /home/user/.config/meegotouchhome-nokia/launcherbuttons.data
you need to have 4th link properly set:
check if it is like that
(i had just two icons for a while)
