This happened to me once.
Shut it down, plug it in and wait about 30 minutes. Mine just needed a nap.
On the other hand, I found things like homescreensettings to bug my homescreen up and put it into a weird state, so once you get it up, uninstall any mod things and try and figure it out. If you need more help, reply

When i Plug it to the charger, it swiches on, the warning message is displayed for about a 30 seconds and switches off. again it switches on and again switches off.... im confused 
My N9 suddenly got switched off when i got a call from my friend and after that it wont boot. I have installed nitdroid so i get the warning message on power on. After the it gets switchedoff automatically.
I have repartitioned the device to install Nemo. But it was working fine 15min ago and then this happened.
What should i do now?
