Hello,

I have a problem with my Nokia Lumia 920.

My device doesn't boot when I push turn on even if charge the battery during 4 hours.

When I connect the powersupply cable here are the pictures:

nb. after 4 hours of charge there is only one red bar.

The device reboot every 1 minute when it is connected to the powersupply cable.

On windows XP I have BootMGR drivers.

Perhaps I need to reinstall Windows Phone 8 with a tool on Windows XP ?

Anyone can help me please?

Thank you

Haha, noobs!

I don't know how you didn't see this earlier, but you bought the wrong phone!

I know, I know, it could happen to the best of us, but you clearly meant to buy a Nokia N9, not a lumia 920..

So, to fix your problem, call up the store and get them to sort it out for you?

Good luck!

Seems to be something wrong with your phone.

Using the orignal cables? Charing via the wall socket and not usb? Tried to restore the device? Have you installed anything or is this the first charge up?

When you bought it, did it boot ok or was the battery dead?

If this is new, then return it to the seller and get a refund.

The battery status is showing the battery is disconnected, this happens when the battery ribbon is disconnected from the board.

I need to open the device.

I don't have Torx 4,5 or 5.

It's a factory defect, just return it. It's not your concer concern fixing the phone which should obviously boot from factory and have at least 50% charge. Also, bad choice buying a Microsoft Lumia 920.
