Don't know. The best port of Android to Nx00 is Nitroid, but installing it without SD card isn't described here. Hopefully, somebody else knows how to ask bootmenu to look for Android on part of memory card, if possible. Be prepared for it to be a complicated and risky endeavour.

you can put it on home ,and edit the /etc/multiboot.d/xxx Nithroid xxx.item

Replace INt with EXT3
