Better still, in step 4 run 'flasher -R' only. It will not flash anything but reboot your phone once it reaches 11% battery level.
Caveat: Seen somewhere on TMO, not tested myself as I don't have an N9.

My N9 was switched off while updating due to low battery ...Now it cant turn ON
when I plug to charge it LED light is turns on..nothing else...
what should I do ?
pls help me
