the problem has arised after I restored via backup menu.
Now when I insert the usb cable it doesn't show the pop-up menu where I can select mass storage or pc suit mode.
Instead it just shows 'charging'
I believe the usb port is not broaken. Because it was working fine before.
Besides, charging and usb hotspot is working fine.
Here is dmesg after inserting the usb cable:
[24023.054595] twl4030_usb twl4030_usb: HW_CONDITIONS 0xd0/208; link 2
[24023.054656] rx51_update_charger_mode (mode = 2)
[24023.725860] musb_hdrc periph: enabled ep1in for bulk IN, maxpacket 512
[24023.725921] musb_hdrc periph: enabled ep1out for bulk OUT, maxpacket 512
[24023.725982] g_file_storage gadget: high speed config #1
this is the dmesg after removing the cable.
[24042.571502] twl4030_usb twl4030_usb: HW_CONDITIONS 0x50/80; link 1
[24042.571502] rx51_update_charger_mode (mode = 0)
now, is it possible to fix it without re-flashing?
Can anyone please help me?
i had usbmode installed. Tried changing between modes. And then removed it completely.
Let me know if you need any additional info.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
