Where can i install btscanner from ? for a 2006os??

Also how do i use it when i have it installed?

Why have you started three separate threads about the same subject, and even in that case, if you don't know how to use it, how could you possibly know you want it?
Doesn't the btscanner page have its own info, in which case that would be a good place to look for information.

i know what it is used for (finding out bluetooth divices). i have searched google under

"btscanner" for 5 + pages and found nothing

wow, I searched for btscanner 770 and it shows up as the second link...

same here - when I searched for just 'btscanner', every link on the first page was about it (but not on the 770), which tells me what it is. When I search for 'btscanner maemo' it is the second link.

Next you have to work out that when you get it and install it (which might prove difficult if you had a problem using google), what are you going to do with it. It is a console application that gives you lots of low level info on bluetooth signals.

You're not going to find detailed instructions on how to use it - the authors expect users to have the intelligence to work it out for themselves. No-one is going to give you a script, kid.

You're the same guy who wanted to crack the security on his own router... sounds like you're up to no good, but fortunately it don't sound like you're going to be a risk to anyone any time soon.
