tried to flash Nokia n9 64gb with correspondent firmaware that is on the back of the simtray, when I get At the end this

i didnt have an idea why it doesnt work but why you didnt intend to install 40.xxx with version 001?

Seems you are in the old Software version, so you can here update with 001. the 280 is limiting the psoibilitys for the future.

but is does not look good

check downloaded firmware for correct md5sum
could be broken download or broken eMMC

btw. you try flashing with variant 280 while your N9 has 009
not a problem but just ...

already is showing is updated to v40 280 very strange, but no imei problem did not disappear

Dont see here 1.3 version, anyway it is already showing v40 280

Guess you also have a broken eMMC

You may try zeroize, also cold boot '-c', but I do not have much hope

the phone boots and works, except random not responding and no imei is showing in about product

what is cold boot -c
