It's made in 2014 so it will come with some image newer than 1.0.0.5.
The reason I keep the battery is I will have a spare battery. And it's easier to ship worldwide without battery.
If you are looking for spare parts to fix your broken Jolla, or you know or already get yourself a polarcell or other batteries then it might be your choice.
Look for around 100 euro.
