Yes, thats the one. Would it be possible to have a setting page to allow users to configure how often it checks to see if any android apps are running? (obviously play store and google settings will always be running if installed)

Haaa, it's my app that I created for personal use
Don't know how you get it and why you use it, it's not so good app...
If you still want to use it and change the checking time, just run this command as ROOT:
Where 5m = 5 minutesCode:echo 5m > /usr/share/openrepos-autokilldalvik/time
Or edit this file with any ROOT filemanager
