There is a way, I did it a couple of years back. It was called SLR3 or something. I still have a package with all required software, I may upload it for you later. You just have to realize that you will have to decode it and it can take up to a couple of days depending on your hardware.

If you use Nokia SL3 USB Hash reader from here:http://unlockbylogs.com/index.php you can get unlock code for about €3 if you search around for brute forcing SL3

I know for paid websites that would do this, but they charge almost like a price of a phone.
