I mean custom board but several thousand units. Are there third party companies that do this besides AMD themselves?

i dont think so. Its highly unlikely that they will create a custom board for a single person. Maybe its possible but it will highly depend on how many boards you order.
but i still say its not possible.

I would also like to specify the size of the board. Is something like this even possible?
Motorola M3688 → Ericsson R320 → Siemens S40 → Motorola V60c → Palm Treo 650 → Blackberry 9000 → Nokia N900 → HP Pre 3 → Nokia N900 → Nokia N9 → Nokia N900 → Nokia 808 → Blackberry Z10 → Blackberry Passport
