It is Nokia N9 Italy 16gb black variant 001.

DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin

Look in this thread you will find it there.

Nowadays, for the DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_005 image (european langage) , you could try here :

I succedeed to flash my N9 (RM-696) with these .Bin files.
