With OS2007HE dated 02/22/07 Flash 7 was included, with the new version dated 09/07/07 there was no Flash at all. Already tried Flash 9, but because of its video support it runs very slow and consumes more memory. Flash 7 works for me and I've already saved the "libflashplayer.so" from the old HE. But I don't know how to get it to work with the new HE. Has anybody any advice for me?

Are you trying to revert back to flash 7? If so, it says how to go back to that with the instructions on how to install flash 9, I believe.

Thanks for your reply. As I wrote above, absolutely no Flash comes with the new OS2007HE. So I don't want to revert back, I just want to install Flash 7

I've to bring up this thread again. In the meantime I did a little research and found the following:

1. With "SU-18_2007HACKER_2.2006.47-17_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin" (02/22/07) I can use Flash 6 or Flash 7 just by exchanging the appropriate "libflashplayer.so" in "/usr/lib/browser/plugins".

2. With "SU-18_2007HACKER_4.2007.46-3_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin" I can use Flash 6 by exchanging/copying the "libflashplayer.so" or Flash 9 by copying the "libflashplayer.so" to "/usr/lib/browser/plugins" and the "libplayback-1.so.0.0.4" to "/usr/lib". But it seems that there's no way to get Flash 7 to work. If I exchange the "libflashplayer.so" the browser doesn't see the Shockwave/Flash-plugin, independent of the chosen browser engine.

Has anybody any explanation for that?
