Doesn't Sailfish use Wayland instead of X11? If so, this won't be possible (which is the reason why I dislike Wayland at the moment).

I doubt there will be an OTA-Update since you have a country variant. I solved the problem by chaning my product code and updating my phone afterwards with NSU, so I now have PR_001 instead of PR_480

On my phone, all apps are closed and only WiFi-connection is established - and 920 MB of RAM are in use (30 MB buffers).

I once replaced the default shell by the z-shell (zsh). However, I wasn't able to reboot then (Maemo didn't come up --> reflash).
So if there is a possibility to change the default shell, it's not...
