Yes, but without a computer-to-phone cable, using the phone's stock browser is the only option.

It's a bit slow to load up the iphone version, but if you navigate there and wait, say, for 30 seconds to a minute, it'll have enough loaded to work OK. I mostly use the "mobile" version...

Great. Portrait mode isn't great for all web pages, obviously. But for text-heavy pages like http://mobile.nytimes.com, for example, it's perfect. It's also good for browsing facebook's mobile...
