It's the reason why the competition has a start and end time, so the developers can show what they can...

I could be a dick, monitor the applications that are in the competition and do the minimal amount of porting to have the same amount...

Yes. I've run it several more times. Those two are changing.
From 20 runs I got: 11 p-uae and 9 Rockmarble.
More strange is how BashORGquotations always stays at 4th place.

I recalculated the results with neal algorithm.
Use command:
openstv-run-election -s 1 FTSTV ~/election.blt
Then get for two seats, and get the second place, 3 seats... etc.

Sorry, no script. But it can be written.

openstv-run-election -s 1 FTSTV election.blt
Copy/paste the winner into a file. :)
Edit the blt file and add -x, where x is the place of the app...

Good question. Maybe it's that by withdrawing, usually apps win by reaching the threshold and not by elimination.
