First check that the Flashplugin is enabled in browser. You can do this on the bottom right menu in browser that looks like looking glass. There submenu Components should have Flashplayer selected....

Seems like this is a "feature" of Linux flashplayer. I tested this on my Ubuntu Desktop and got similar result.

First check that the plugin is not disabled in browser. There is a menu in bottom right where you can easily disable or enable it. I think that flash player could get disabled somehow without user...
