Re: Where to upload files larger than TMO limit?

At the moment I prefer minus.com (http://minus.com)
Max size 2gb per file, 10gb per account (more with referrals).

Of course we can't trust any of these sites anymore.

I used to use box.net...

Re: Odds and ends

Yeah you missed out, Addison.

I used to videochat with Gizmo5 between two N810s.

Also used to be able to use DialCentral + Gizmo5 in lieu of a phone for free. You could even use the Nokia SIP...

Re: Batman Arkham City + Saints Row 3rd + Lego Batman on N900 Through Onlive and NITDroid

OnLive is only supported in the US and recently the UK currently.

No other countries at this time (they need their servers to be nearby, this only works with low latency).

Re: tor (the onion router) & transmission, how secure?

Torrenting on TOR is an abuse of the service.

Also it will be very very slow.

TOR was designed to allow people to access websites that would otherwise be blocked for them, not so much for...

Re: How can i Remount /System

While we don't mind helping you, this does not appear to be NITdroid specific. It seems to be a common Android error:

Re: How can i Remount /System

Sounds like you shouldn't be doing what you are doing. Possibly you don't have eough free space and probably a certain % is reserved for root (at least more debian-based distros do this)

The...

Re: How to use the N900 as a desktop mouse?

http://wiki.maemo.org/Bluemaemo
BT mouse/keyboard.

As fas as the sixaxis goes, it's a bit screwy. MotionJoy on Windows sorta works. and sixad+sixpair on Linux is unreliable.

Say it isn't so, danramos?

I guess I don't blame you though, I haven't played much with my N810 lately.

I have 3 nokia batteries and 1 fake and none of them hold much of a charge...

Re: How to "crack" wayfinder 7 days trial

I have to say that the whole wayfinder business is quite moot.
