Not sure what causes the problem for you, but I have used Mediamonkey on windows to embed the cover images to every MP3 file and I see no unusual CPU use. Maybe you can instead of embedding the cover...

- N8 breathing light is very useful.
- if the led on N9 isn't why have one for the charging even. Seems like a waste....

How does Nokia's push actually work, does it involve Nokia server? Because many of the push services seem to be offline or not functioning at the moment. RSS feeds, emails from "ovi" etc.
