I also am on an n810. Just tested, and it is the same for me. A couple of days ago I noticed a link on the facebook home page "click here to download a bookmark for your n810". It wasn't in the ads...

I got to playing around with it after your post, and did not have much luck with triple tap... I did seem to be able to highlight, but haven't figured out quite what the gesture is. I can't replicate...

Be sure to press the function key twice to lock in the ability to type numbers. The dialog box might only accept numbers, as the setting is an integer. You may also have to tap in the dialog box....

Jeff, you're absolutely right. We do have community involvement, but not at any level which gives us any ability to fix this issue with the servers. However, we can set up our own mirrors and backup...
