i had this problem, until i uninstalled recently installed apps that were still in the main folder, then the problem dissapeared. it works fine again now. dont know if it was a particular .desktop...

with the shutdown option the icon is missing, thats all, and with the phone option you are not using the modified call ui xml.

from what i can gather the framerate of the transitions is set at 100 frames a second, which is daft really, its the coding and load slowing it down, framerate of the scrolling is completely bonkers...

default app man is a service so copy the entry for settings or xterm and replace with the app manager service. couldnt tell you the specifics like the exact name and path sorry

Heres the sysui with reboot as requested and callui with phone icon for you dude.
The only thing is where callui used to get the phone app name from the system, so it was in the right language, well...

isnt the scrolling in the apps like contaxts, photos etc a wontfix, so that wont ever get sorted internally.
thats always been my main beef with the phone, i hope one day someone can patch that :)

for me the multi select is acting buggy, it seems to be only with images but i could be wrong, but with multi select activated, on entering a folder i find 10 or so files selected, i can replroduce...
