In your N900, you have to modify the file:
/opt/maemo/usr/share/erminig/erminig_core.py

replace the lines 264-265:
start_time += time.timezone
end_time += time.timezone

by these ones:...

1- try to launch the application in a terminal, to see if there's any displayed errors.
Launch a Terminal ('Application menu' > 'X Terminal'), then write:
mozcards
then <enter>
report me any...
