doesn't roaming mean you're out side you're country and are paying a higher price for everything? (outside your normal networks coverage)

is that's the case you can get your data to be stored...

i think even the one's that come with a plan are unlocked.

if you buy one without a plan you are down $600(ish) PLUS the costs for a plan.
if you get one with a plan you pay less for the phone...
