Try taking your battery out for a few mins then put it back in again.
Now hold down the U key whilst you power the phone back on.
I had the same problem and this worked for me, so worth giving...

Incorrect about ebay - I bought a pack of 3 and am still on my first one some 4 months later. Awesome quality - can still see the screen brillianty and very reponsive.

It is great and makes the games easier to play - disappointed with the build quality though. It looks quite cheap and nasty and the rubber mould has never even been cut in a straight line on mine.
