I particularly changed it to a small blink followed by a interval, then repeat, so it stays lit only a small fraction of the time without losing the functionality.

LCD on with Backlight off

Some questions:

1) Does Fremantle have some option to keep the LCD on after the backlight turns off?

2) If it doesn't, can I do it via programming? I thought something like a big clock app with...
