Thanks for query. I should have mentioned few more details. By the way my problem was solved. That was happened due to faulty battery. I have been using windows xp 32bit.

No i didn't claim for refund knowing they will definitely deny, that they didn't do that. My mistake was i went to a Non-Nokia service center.

Finally I've received Flex cable from Parts4repair today. After changing that Flex cable I got my N9 back!!
