If you install it you will break mp-fremantle-generic-pr (or whatever it's called on your device), thus breaking SSU, meaning that if you want to update, you can't unless you reflash.

Not sure if anyone did this before me, but I compiled the source in the PR1.1.1 SDK as forcing an install causes problems with apt-get.

You're out of luck. Like your situation, I recently purchased a new 1080p monitor/tv that only has component/hdmi/vga/dvi inputs. There are no composite inputs so I can do tv out with my n95/n900....
